Component Quality

.All of our replacement Components and Devices are of the highest quality. We do not use parts that are out of tolerance or budget related.

All Components and Devices are matched to the specifications called for in the schematics.We are serious about making the overall part better.

And you save money in the long run.

We realize that quality parts may not of been used on the assembly line in order to maximize profits.

This however should not mean that you have to buy another part of the same quality over and over.

Tolerance on tested components are not always within the operational environment of the overall design.

Temperature extremes, humidity,

vibration and the RF environment affect individual components and circuits to a varying degree.

Often this is enough to stress out the entire Controller Card. Mean Time Before Failure (MTBF) can also be greatly accelerated on a borderline component that was just good enough to make it past testing.

We will isolate components that are out of tolerance and replace them even if they are not part of the overall fault/cause of the failure. We want your business, but we dont want to see the same controller card come back due to an oversight on our part.
